The resort is connected to Tap Root Fields, a farm leveraging regenerative practices to supply nutrient-rich produce, vibrant flowers, and fresh herbs to our restaurant dishes, bar cocktails, and pantry store items.
From farm tours and seasonal produce at the farm cart to ingredients featured throughout the Fields menu, Tap Root Fields brings the richness of the land into the guest experience.

Each summer, the Skaneateles Festival brings world-renowned musicians to the Finger Lakes for an acclaimed concert series featuring classical, jazz, bluegrass, Broadway and contemporary performances.
Our partnership with the festival brings together two signature Skaneateles experiences, inviting guests to pair an evening of live music with an overnight stay at the resort, where they can enjoy culinary, wellness, and leisure experiences.
The Barrow Gallery, located in the Village of Skaneateles, is devoted to painter John Dodgson Barrow (1829 – 1906), known for landscapes around Skaneateles, the wider Finger Lakes region, and New York State. His work inspires reflection on the natural world and environmental conservation to this day.
Specially curated for the lobby of the resort, the paintings on view are newly restored, never-before-exhibited pieces. Prints for select paintings are available in our Fields Pantry, and tours — including private engagements — are available through the gallery.
Artistry in Wood showcases locally crafted woodwork throughout the resort, adding warmth, character, and a true sense of place to your stay.
Led by Charity Buchika, Teaselwood Design brings a personal and thoughtful approach to the resort’s interior design.
