The resort is connected to Tap Root Fields, a farm leveraging regenerative practices to supply nutrient-rich produce, vibrant flowers, and fresh herbs to our restaurant dishes, bar cocktails, and pantry store items.

The Barrow Gallery, located in the Village of Skaneateles, is devoted to painter John Dodgson Barrow (1829 – 1906), known for landscapes around Skaneateles, the wider Finger Lakes region, and New York State. His work inspires reflection on the natural world and environmental conservation to this day.
Specially curated for the lobby of the resort, the paintings on view are newly restored, never-before-exhibited pieces. Prints for select paintings are available in our Fields Pantry, and tours — including private engagements — are available through the gallery.
The REV Theatre Co., headquartered in nearby Auburn, NY, is known for producing world-class musicals at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse each year from June-October. The REV’s reputation has earned them the moniker “Broadway in the Finger Lakes!”
