The Resort is connected to Tap Root Fields, a farm leveraging regenerative practices to supply nutrient-rich produce, vibrant flowers, and fresh herbs to our restaurant dishes, bar cocktails, and pantry store items. From our Fields restaurant to our Lobby and Pool Bar and cozy in-room dining options, we offer epicurean delights morning, noon, and night.
